Contracts, locations and what the rent covers.

What's included in the rent?

Homes come fully furnished with bills included. In co-living rooms every bill is included, council tax too. In studios and one-bedroom flats every bill is included except council tax and TV licence.

Is there a minimum stay?

Contracts start from 1 month. Tell us how long the assignment runs and we'll suggest the right home.

Which locations do you cover?

Bicester and Kidlington, near Oxford. Bicester has co-living rooms, studios and one-bedroom flats; Kidlington has co-living en-suite rooms only.

Is this the same as a serviced apartment or a short-let?

No. B-Hive Living is furnished residential housing inside a real community, managed by our own team. Corporate stays use the same homes as our other residents, with the same maintenance and support.

Who signs the contract, the company or the employee?

Either works. Tell us what fits your internal process and we'll set the agreement up accordingly.

How fast can someone move in?

As little as 24 hours once referencing clears, and rarely more than a week; most delays come from paperwork, not availability.

Can we book several rooms or flats at once?

Yes. One team coordinates multi-unit bookings, so you don't manage several reservations separately. That helps with team relocations and project teams.

Do you house large site-based crews?

Our homes suit relocating employees and individual placements: en-suite rooms, studios and one-bedroom flats, not multi-occupancy site housing. Tell us the headcount and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.
